• Engineered for longevity and durability. We’ve worked with clients on everything from improving autoclave cycles in excess of 1,000 cycles to developing medical chrome plating processes which improve cutting performance of surgical reamers and instruments.
• Equipped for accuracy and exceptional thickness control. All tooling is custom designed by a team of engineers to hold tight dimensional tolerances during high-volume production.
• Completely customized. Custom design from early R&D stages to production is welcomed. Designs are fabricated in-house to accommodate specific needs including partial coating and distinct geometries.
• Scientifically tested: Rigorous testing of medical chrome plating for biocompatibility approval to ISO 10993 which exceeds test requirements for Cytotoxicity, Hypersensitivity, Intracutaneous Reactivity and Systemic Toxicity.
